Default Can I automatically change all positve numbers to negativenumber.

Just multiply each cell by -1. A quick way to do this is to enter -1
into a blank cell somewhere and to <copy that cell. Then highlight
all the cells whose values you want to change and click on Edit |
Paste Specal | Values (check) | Multiply (check) | OK then <Esc. Then
you can delete the -1 from the first cell.

Hope this helps.

Pete
