Default PIVOT TABLE - MULTIPLE RANGES (ITEMS' SORTING)

I hae created a pivot table with multiple consolidation ranges from 10
different sheets. The page field is showing these sheets as ITEM 1, 2, 3 and
so on!

How can I have the sheet names appearing instead of ITEM 1, 2, 3?
The ITEM 1, 2, 3 are also not being moved in an order that I require e.g.
sheet "Jan" is required as the first item and sheet "Dec" is required as the
last item

Please help!
