Default Keeping objects with cells

In Excel 2003, it was a setting for all workseets that objects would move
with cells. I can't find that in Excel 2007.

F5SpecialObjectsOK

Right-click on one of the selected objects and Format AutoshapePropertiesMove
and size with cells.

I've done that. Whe I delete rows above, the objects stay where they are,
they don't move with the cells. It's making me crazy!!
