I have a spreadsheet of incidents, and am trying to perform trends on this.
The spreadsheet has Incident Details with dates raised. I want to do a deliquency report which shows incidents overdue by teams, based on dates, ie 0-10 days overdue, 11-30 days etc. The sheet has a couple of thousand records, and I do not really want to manually group all these, so that I can then do a Pivot based on this. |
