Default 2003 to 2007 Compatibility

Hi There,

i have excel 2003 and when people send me files created in excel 2007 i can
not open them is there an update or anything i can do so the files can be
opened?

Default 2003 to 2007 Compatibility

Compatibility utility from

It works like a charm provided the 2007 worksheet does not use any of the
new functions (eg AVERAGEIF, SUMIFS)
