I need to know if there are any 2003 Excel to 2007 Excel compatibility issues
and the same for Word 2003 to Word 2007.

I have created a large user workbook from Excel 2003 (with embedded macros)
and someone who has 2007 Excel is having a hard time with the programming
functioning correctly.
As well as I have created Word 2003 user forms (password protected with
multiple embedded macros) and she is having the same programming issues of
the codes not working properly, she has all her macros enabled, I made sure
of this.

Can MS 2003 not work with MS 2007 documents? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

They are always compatibility issues between Excel versions. But no one can
give you a roadmap to all possible problems. You have to get in there and
debug. When you get to a specific line of code that misbehaves and you
can't figure out why maybe we can help if you provide the code, a complete
description of what happens and what should happen.
