Dear Sir,
Currently I am using Excel 2002 running on Window 2000 Server Terminal Services client. The server is using Intel Xeon processors. Frequently I need to work on formula intensive files. I noticed that as the number of formulas a pages increases, the calculation speed slow down significantly. At time it takes up to 10 seconds for recalculation to be completed. The responses time for saving, copying, pasting and other function also has noticeable decline. As our corporation still intend to use Excel 2002 for many years to come, I would appreciate very much if MS could upgrade the performance by an additional service pack to Excel 2002 or Window 2000 Server OS. This could help the users to maintain good productivity level at work especially dealing with large formula intensive files. Many thanks Low -- A36B58K641 ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
