why does my formula change when I add data example
=COUNTIF(D9:D6369,33) TO =COUNTIF(D242:D6369,46)


In Excel's built-in Help, there's a topic:
"About cell and range references"
In that topic, there's a paragraph on
"The difference between relative and absolute references"
Maybe that'll help. If not, please provide more details about what actions
are causing what changes for you.
