Default Color Changes When Saving 2007 Workbook as 97 - 2003 Workbook

Created a 2007 workbook using green & yellow fill color cells to denote input
& non-input cells for the user.

Save workbook as a 97 - 2003 workbook. On my system colors are fine.

When someone else opens the workbook using 97 - 2003 Excel, the green cells
are chaged to yellow cells.

Is there an update that will correct this problem or a way to work around
the problem that would preserve the green fill in color?
