Default linking cells and formatting

i have made cell A1 in font color red and i filled it in yellow color.
what should do now in order to link cell B1 to A1 whith the same criteria ??

please help

If you have manually filled and coloured A1, then a formula cannot
bring that formatting across to B1.

However, if the colours are as a result of Conditional Formatting
applied to A1, then the same criteria can be applied to cell B1 to get
the same effect.
