When I copy a picture from Paint to Excel, it always goes to the top of the
page. I want to copy it into a specific cell. |

To start with, you cannot insert an object like a picture "into a cell".
Objects float on top of cells so you "insert" the picture into the worksheet. Are you just copying and pasting the picture from Paint? Save the picture then use InsertPictureFrom File The top left corner of picture will be at the active cell, which is the cell you selected before inserting.
