Default what happened to copy picture in Excel 2007?

In Excel 2003 and before, pressing the shift key while clicking on Edit
produced a menu containing Copy Picture. The was very useful for copying a
picture of portions of one's spreadsheet. I can find no sign of it in Excel
2007, and nothing in the help files. Any suggestions?
