Default excell will not start

I have been using excel on a daily basis. About two weeks ago when I started
the program i had to close two boxes saying something about forms not found
on this machine before it loaded. Now when I try to open excel, a windos
installer opens and tries to install office again. Does anyone have any
ideas. Its excel 2002 on XP.

I suggest you reinstall Excel. It will not affect your data, but will get
the program working again
