Wizard Template

I need to know why I get ar error message. I have an excel database with a
linked template (generated with template wizard). When I open a new page
(template) for this database I get an error message "Microsoft Excel cannot
open template wizard". the form opens but is no longer linked to the
database. What am I doing wrong.
