Hi Louis
Can you explain step by step exactly what you are doing? e.g. Cell A10 on Sheet 1 has formula =SUM(A1:A9) Place cursor on Sheet1 A10 Copy Move to Sheet2 place cursor cell C20 etc. If you describe your actions maybe we can see what you are doing wrong. What you describe that you see when Right clicking, are the options I see if I right click on the Toolbar, not right clicking in a cell. -- Regards Roger Govier "Louis" wrote in message ... Roger, I am not getting those options that you mentioned when I right click either one of the locations for paste special. I get four choices: add to quick access toolbar, customize quick access toolbar, show quick access toolbar below the ribbon, and minimize the ribbon. What am I doing wrong? -- Louis "Roger Govier" wrote: Hi Louis Right clickPaste Special Options for Values & Number formats as well as Formulas and Number Formats Equally, on the far left of the Home Tabpasteseventh item down Paste Specialoptions as above -- Regards Roger Govier "Louis" wrote in message ... OK, I want to paste special -- formulas and formats but the new paste special doesn't give me those options anymore. When I just paste, it pastes as values. How do I find these options in the new Excel version? -- Louis |
