Default How do I change the 10 default text colors in Office 2007

In Office 2007, the default 10 colors for text no longer includes the classic
mid-blue (RGB 0/0/255). I have used this colour extensively for highlighting
and want to keep a consistent look and feel with my older documents. To
select it now means I have to choose "More Colors" every time amd make sure I
choose the right hexagon, if not I have to go to Custom Colors. Is there a
way to change the default set of colors back to the 2003 palette?
