Default Theme Colors in Office 2007

Is there a way to change the default colors that are displayed for
formatting. I am working with workbooks originally created in Office 2000 so
I want to continue to use those colors when filling cells, but now the new
Office 2007 had a whole new color pallette. Is seems to be a big pain to now
have to pull the RGB color from the old scheme and cutomize my colors each
time I want to fill a cell.
Thanks
