Default How can cells be changed from rectangle to triangle in Excel?

I've seen forms with cells that are shaped like triangles and looks like it
came from Excel, I need something to that effect but with data entry, kind of
like a half cell of data.
This is for data entry, and I need to format the document as such for this
unique set-up. Any answers are welcome. Thank you.

Excel cells are recatngles and cannot be coerced into any other shape.

You can do a few things with borders but you still have a full cell.

Perhaps some detail on what you need would elicit some suggestions.
