Default Auto-copy of formula on inserted lines

I create a spreadsheet with lots of formulas on a line, then copy the
formulas down the columns. Problem is, when the user inserts a new row,
formulas aren't put on the new row, causing all kinds of problems. Is there
any way to get formulas inserted automatically on new lines?
