Default Multiple Lists

I have Worksheet 'A' that contains two different lists - List 'X' and List
'Y'. On Worksheet 'B', I have named these two lists from 'A' and use them
for validating data.

Is there a way to have one drop-down validation list on 'B' include the data
from both lists? Or do I have to combine 'X' and 'Y' into one list first?
