Default How do I setup multiple lists

Hello I am having difficulty setting up multiple lists. Here is what I would
like to happen.
a drop down list appears based on a previous selection
EX: if a1=1 then b1 displays list 1
if a1=2 then b1 displays list 2
if a1=3 then b1 displays list 3
Any help is greatly appreciated.
