Default different windows

Is there a way through which I can access two windows simultaneously? For
example, in Excel, if I type some values and want to draw a graph, can I
toggle between the main window where the values are mentioned and the window
where I'm entering the name of the graph, etc. simultaneously?

Windownew window.
this will open a new instance of the same file. you can
toggle.
