Default Excel 2003 cell feature

I am a novice with excel. I am in receipt of a cashflow projection emailed
and returned to me in a modified form to demonstrate three scenarios. I find
that some cells have a red triangle in the upper right corner. When the
mouse hovers, I see a short comment in each of them but do not see how to
view the scenarios. I write to inquire what the name and effect of the red
triangle is, how can I create them, and how can I determine if there are
actually three cashflow scenarios within this single spreadsheet. This is
Excel 2003 Much thanks for any guidance
