Default New computer with Vista caused Excel function slow down Issues

Windows Vista has caused certain spreadsheets, that i never had problems with
XP software, to slow simple commands such as simply inserting a column or
row. It takes sometimes as much as 30 seconds to insert a column in certain
spreadsheets. Does anyone know what could be the issue? It seems to only
occur in spreadsheets where there are formulas or caculations? Thanks

Matt
