Default Help!! I am trying to delete a toolbar (avery)

Thanks but it doesn't show up in the add-ins.

The associated add-in probably rebuilds the toolbar whenever Excel starts.
If you don't use the add-in frequently, you may consider uninstalling it
until later. Go to Tools menu Add-Ins, find it in the list, and uncheck
the box in front of it. To reinstall the add-in, return to the add-ins
dialog and check the box.

I have and use the Avery Wizard. However, when I open Excel, Word, or
Outlook it automatically appears in the toolbar section. I have deleted
it
over and over, but when I reopen any of the above, it's still there.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of it permanently in the toolbars???
