Default Using Format--Style only on certain cells (Excel 2003)

Maybe you could create two different styles.

I know you can use Format--Style to change the appearance of hyperlinks in
your document, for example, but how can you make hyperlinks appear red and
underlined in Column A, say, and green and underlined in Column B?

Thanks in advance!
