Default My File Open Dialog is "permanently" maximised

Hi All,

Another blonde day in Bean Countersville.

Any ideas re problem in header line? (There is no "restore"/"minimise" or
whatever you call it button - yes do tell me the proper name also).

Right-click on the Title Bar and "Restore"

Double click the Title bar, that is likely also how you maximized it,
originally.
