Default how can i fill in information once and use it for several forms

I work in a hotel and we have several forms. I want to be able to fill the
information in once but be able to print any form i choose. I would be able
to print a lost and found, lost luggage or an incident report. Whatever
report i choose should have all the required info alreadly in place.
