Default todays's function, if I open file date changes

If you mean the NOW or TODAY function, these will always display the current
date and time, updated every time the workbook is opened or calculated. If
you need to enter a date that will never change, type it in directly or use
CTRL SEMICOLON. For the time, use CTRL SHIFT COLON.

In the future, please post your question in the body of the message, not the
subject.
