Value won't show correctly in cell unless I double click formula,
I do a simple formula (such as "DAYS360" to determine the number of days
between to columns of dates), it shows the correct result (i.e., "8"), but when I slide that formula down the rest of the column, it displays all cells as "8" (or whatever result the first cell showed). This happens with other formulas as well; the formulas work, but the cell shows the same number as the very first cell completed. The only work around I have found that corrects it is to double click on the cell showing the incorrect result (in other words, double clicking on the formula), which hightlights the cells involved in the formula, and then hitting the "Enter" key. The correct result is then displayed. But I cannot feasibly do this for every cell when I might have a column of 1000+ entries Anyone see this before and knows how to fix it? Thanks, Marc |
