Default Double click to navigate to a cell

Most of us can double click on a cell with a formula in it, and it'll
navigate us to that cell. ie in cell A1 there is a formula "=Z100", so I
double click on A1 and excel navigates directly to Z100

We did this by unchecking ToolsOptionsEditEdit directly in Cell.

However this doesn't work on all PC's

Any ideas what else could be stopping this from working??

Thanks
