No way to do this
You might want to try linking the worksheet to a Word doc and putting complex footer in the Word doc Being basically lazy, it this workbook was in my control (ie, not being given to other to use) I would just print the footer from Word and re-inset the paper and print the Excel doc with appropriate bottom margin setting best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Yrrag" wrote in message ...
