Default cell contents

A cell contains many phrases and sentences. How can I get each phrase
or sentence to start at the left-side of the cell?

Enter a line break within the cell by pressing and holding the Alt key while
you press Enter. The carry on typing.

Default cell contents

Press Alt + <Enter to insert an end-of-line command after each sentence or
phrase. The row height will adjust w/each Alt + <Enter
