Default Excel Merge

I'm looking to merge 3 workbooks. 1 with a list of high schools that is
updated and the 2 others have an amount of attendance for each school. I'll
be organizing the data by the year 2005 and 2006. Some high schools in 2006
don't appear on the 2005 list so simply copying and pasting doesn't work. Can
anyone tell me how I can do this and get everything to come out properly?

Could you let us know how the data is arranged? You mention years 2005 and
2006 but we do not know who these relate to the data.
best wishes
