Default Can't open Lotus 123 file in Excel

I'm using Excel 2000 and I need to open a Lotus 123 file but keep getting
error messaging stating "Cannot open Lotus 123 file."

What can I do to open this file?

You can't open 123 files in Excel, as you have discovered. If you have 123,
open the files in 123 and save them as Excel files or as wk4 files.
Or, you can purchase a converter utility, such as:
