Default Can you view Office 2007 Workbooks as Office 2003?

I just got a new laptop with Office 2007 and can't seem to find my way around
in Excel. Is there anyway to set it up to display as the older Excel did?
Probably not but thought I'd ask.

Thanks . . .

Bob
