Default " %20" signs in file name when open attachement in excel

When I receive e-mail with attached Excell files and try to open it to review
before saving, the file name has "%20" after each word and each number in the
file name. So when you try to save it you have to keep areasing these signs
instead of just clicking save.
I need to know how to get read of this problem. It started to happen
recently with all Excell attachements.
