Default scrolling problem

When I put a freeze pane on row in my document, the document will only scroll
from left to right, but I need it to scroll up and down while it still has
the pane frozen. Can anyone help with this?

What was the activecell when you applied Window|Freeze panes?

Did you apply that window|freeze panes when the data was filtered--then show all
the data.

Maybe your freeze row is now way off the visible window. Remove the freeze
panes and then reapply when the data is not filtered.

(You can have the arrows, but make sure all the rows are visible.)
