Default How do I make a calendar and put lines in it as space holders

First how do I make a calendar. Second, how do I put lines in each box date
as space holders.


For example imagine like for example today.

Sept 25

Under the box 25 I want to insert 3 lines ___

You know when you have a calendar and want to put information in it. You
need lines as space holders.
