Default Using Pictures in Headers on Templates

Hello,

I am trying to set up a secure picture on an excel template. I originally
put the picture in the Header of the Excel File which is a template. When I
send the template to other users - they can see and print the picture just
fine but the template is actually meant to be used for printing statements so
when that occurs the picture is gone. Is this due to the Macros? Does
anyone have any ideas on how to make this work?

Let me know.

Thanks,

hi,
i'm am not aware of your entire setup but check the properties of the image
control that displays the picture and make sure that the "print object"
property is set to true
if you can see it on the sheet but it doesn't print out, this is usually the
problem.
just a guess.

In reading back my message I guess I wasn't that clear. When using this
template we are exporting/printing the statements from our financial system
and it asks if we want to use a template (for formatting purposes) and we
choose this excel file that has the picture and then it brings it up in
excel. So it must have to do with that process. All the other features of
formatting and headers etc... work just fine - it's just the picture that is
missing - it is not even listed in the header anymore.
