Default Routing Recipient feature removed??

I've heard the Routing Recipient feature inherent with Excel 2003 has been
removed from Excel 2007?? Is this true?

I"m encountering the same problem. all the newsgroups i've looked at shows
the feature was removed.
Have you found a workaround , or even an 'add-on' from MS?
