Default How do I use the routing feature for multiple senders

Can I use the "send to" feature to establish a routing list that works for
multiple senders. If not, how could I set up such a list in Outlook or
Excel? When I use the "send to" feature for a spreadsheet, is Office
building the routing in Outlook or is it embedding that routing in the Excel
document?
