Default Substitution of words

I have a worksheet that has a schedule of when people work and rather than
put the names in (as their job changes every 2-4 weeks), I put in the job,
then every month fill in the correct names from day to day. Is there a way
to subdtitute an entire worksheet name to another (ie written in is "clinic"
in multiple area and for the month of September "Joyce" is the person). Is
there a way to change all places that say "clinic" with "Joyce's" name rather
than going through each day and changing them.

Select the range (or the entire sheet), then click Edit Replace
Find what: clinic
Replace with: Joyce
Click Replace All
