Default Missing data

Using 2003 and sharing spreadsheet with 2 colleagues. One of them saved data
to spreadsheet and she can view it but our spreadsheets don't show updated
information.

Are you really sure that you are looking at the same file ......is the
location of the file the same for all users ?

Default Missing data

So it sounds as if it's been saved in a different place from where you're
looking. Need to check the full paths of where their version is being saved
& of where your version is being opened.
