Default difference between word 2003 menus and word 2007 menus-Explain pl

I'm new to office 2007 suite. I find it difficult to navigate thru the main
menus at the top since it is very different from word 2003. Often I dont
find some of the menu items which i am used to. Kindly explain me the
diffrences in navigating thru the menus.

Thanks
kali
