I have created a pretty intricate spreadsheet designed to be a tool for
measuring manpower over the timeline of a project. In this project there a specific milestones and each milestone is weighted differently (milestones can differ from Item to item). Furthermore there are 3 Items each with 10 sub items. The tool as created now successfully calculated the hours needed to complete the project in the given time. It is fully automated in a sense that if you put a start and end date in with given milestones it will change the manpower needed for that specific sub-item. I now need to make a theoretical sheet in which the dates are calculated automatically so that the manpower follows a specific pattern (eg. 3 people at the start, 10 at the middle, 4 at the end of the project). Can anyone give me a foundation or an idea to build off of to make this so? I am clueless at this point. Thanks (i can e-mail the spreadsheet if needed, i know the question is a bit fuzzy) |
