Default data tables and intentional circular references

I have a cash flow model that utilizes circular references and iterations to
work. It seems to function okay. When I combine it with data tables, however,
the model breaks down and I get lots of #NA errors, I think because of the
multiple iterations. I can fix the model easily, but the same error occurs
whenever I calculate (F9) the data tables. Any thoughts?

Best solution is to probably find a method that doesn't depend on circular
references. I had similar situation where I used a circular reference to
calculate a value and it worked great, but I eventually figured out how to do
it without the circular reference and that's the better way.

You mentioned getting the same error when calculating the data tables (with
the model repaired to remove circular reference??) - then sounds like you
still have one or more somewhere, use Excel's CR diagnostic tool to point out
the dependencies and see where they are causing the circular reference.
Remember that a CR can be reported where there doesn't appear to be one - it
may be in an area of the workbook/sheet that is a dependency of where the
error is reported.
