Default How can I replace a Value in a cell with a color?

I am trying to make the value of a cell a color, instead of the value input
into the cell. For example, when I enter a 1, I want it to change to red, 2
to change to yellow, 3 to blue, etc. This would only apply to a certain
range of cells.
