Default Charts below data

This is for Excel 2003:

I was wondering if there is a way to have a line chart directly below a
table of data in the sheet so that each number in the data row corresponds to
a point on the chart directly below?

you can move/copy/paste the chart anywhere you want, you will have to
manually adjust the chart window width and the column widths to get them to
line up
