Default Save Sheet as Workbook

Copy the sheet to a new workbook. Save that new workbook.

(do it very quickly)

Default Save Sheet as Workbook

Group all the unwanted worksheets, right click and use Delete
Now use Save As to save the remaining worksheet as a workbook

I think I would Save As before deleting if I still wanted a workbook with
the other sheets just to be careful!
best wishes
